We are learning remedial self-help techniques for home use and for some of your acute and chronic malalignments and pain conditions.

The OSAT work also creates greater body awareness and assists in keeping your body aligned and functioning optimally.

Skype Groups for 5 Individuals – Module #1 – Package of 4 weekly 45 minute Sessions

  • Week 1: pelvis, hips
  • Week 2: lower and mid back challenges
  • Week 3: upper back issues
  • Week 4: Shoulders and neck issues

Skype Groups for 5 Individuals – Module #2 – Package of 4 weekly 45 minute Sessions

  • Week 5: headaches
  • Week 6: upper extremities incl.  elbows, wrists and fingers
  • Week 7: knees, ankles
  • Week 8: Low impact mobilizations

Also, when available:

Individual Private Skype OSAT Coaching  for acute problems (30 min. + two 10 min. follow-ups same week)

These are specific preventive and optimizing techniques customized for each participant and may not be duplicated or taught to others.
